To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some items, such as eBooks and digital products, are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items outside of this period.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 6-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. If the desired replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.
